Engineered for the highest-volume routes.

The RAFCO XPress series is the largest rear-loader garbage compactor in the RAFCO Municipal range, with body capacities up to 30 m³ on 3-axle and 4-axle chassis. Designed for the highest-volume municipal and industrial waste collection operations, the XPress fits 6x2, 6x4, or 8x4 chassis from 25 tonnes GVW.

A 2.6 m³ tailgate hopper enables rapid loading of large bulky waste streams, while the fully hydraulic loading, packing, and ejection cycle keeps maintenance simple across the equipment’s full service life — even in remote field conditions.

What chassis does the XPress fit?
XPress is designed for heavy-duty 6×2, 6×4 and 8×4 truck chassis from 25 tonnes GVW upward — including Mercedes-Benz Arocs/Actros, MAN TGS, Iveco T-Way, Volvo FMX, Scania P/R and DAF CF. Subframe, hydraulic routing and PTO interface are engineered to the specific chassis on order.
How much waste can the XPress collect per route?
Depending on waste composition and compaction ratio, the XPress 30 m³ body collects 90–150 m³ of loose municipal solid waste per trip — equivalent to 12–18 tonnes of compacted refuse.
Can XPress be customized for specific waste streams?
Yes. RAFCO’s in-house R&D adapts tailgate geometry, packer cycle and ejection logic to the customer’s waste profile — including bulky waste, industrial refuse and selective recyclable streams.
What certifications does the XPress carry?
XPress superstructures carry the CE mark, are produced under ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management, and comply with European Norms (EN) as well as Turkish TSE standards.
What is the lead time for an XPress order?
Standard configurations from ready stocks can ship in 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Custom builds typically deliver in 8–12 weeks depending on chassis availability and option list.
