A divided body with two independent compaction chambers — collect two separated waste streams (e.g. recyclables and residual) on a single pass.
The RAFCO SBPress (Split-Body) is a dual-compartment rear-loader garbage compactor: its 20 m³ body is divided into two independent chambers, each with its own packing and ejection, so a single vehicle can collect two separated waste streams — for example recyclables and residual waste — on one pass. This halves the number of trips needed for source-separated collection and supports municipal recycling targets.
Each chamber discharges independently, so streams stay separated all the way to the transfer station or recycling facility.
The SBPress lifter is engineered for EN 840-compliant wheeled waste containers via a universal comb / DIN lifting interface.
Recyclables + residual on a single dual-stream pass.
Municipal kerbside recycling targets.
Routes mixing recyclable and general waste.
Where minimizing trips per stream is critical.
SBPress superstructures mount on every major global truck OEM platform — tell us the chassis and we adapt the subframe, hydraulic routing and PTO interface to match.
